1. How long does it take to process and deliver an order?

Orders are prepared within 1 to 2 business days (Monday–Friday). Standard delivery usually requires 5 to 7 business days, meaning your order should arrive within 6 to 9 business days from the date of purchase.

2. What is your return policy, and who pays for return shipping?

We accept returns within 30 days of receiving your order. If an item is faulty or incorrect, Saviarosa will cover the return shipping cost. For all other cases, the customer is responsible for paying the return postage.

3. Do you offer international shipping?

Currently, Saviarosa delivers only within the United States. We plan to expand to additional countries in the near future.

4. What payment methods are available?

We accept a variety of secure payment methods, including Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and PayPal.

5. Is payment on your website secure?

Returns are reviewed and processed within 7 business days after the item has been received and inspected. A confirmation email will be sent once the refund has been issued to your original payment method.

8. What should I do if I receive a faulty or damaged item?

If your order arrives defective or damaged, please contact us immediately at info@saviarosa.com and include photos of the issue within 48 hours of receiving your parcel. We will cover the return cost and arrange a replacement or refund.
