2. Return Eligibility

- No signs of wear, damage, or alteration.

Non-Returnable Items: For hygiene and safety reasons, the following cannot be returned unless defective upon arrival:

- Swimwear
- Customized or personalized items
- Gift cards
- Final sale products marked as non-returnable
3. Starting a Return
To begin a return, please email our Customer Service team within the 30-day window at info@saviarosa.com. Do not send items back before receiving authorization and instructions.

- The item(s) you wish to return (e.g., "Saviarosa Classic Tote, Black")
- The reason for return (e.g., “Wrong size,” “Damaged upon arrival”)
- Clear photos or a short video (required for defective or incorrect items)
4. Return Shipping
- Customer-Initiated Returns: If returning for personal reasons such as preference or size, the customer covers return shipping costs. We recommend using a tracked and insured shipping service.
- Faulty or Incorrect Items: If your product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, Saviarosa will provide a prepaid label and return instructions.
5. Return Address
Important: Please do not send items back to our company address without confirmation. The correct return address depends on your location and product. Always wait for instructions from our Customer Service team. Unauthorized returns may cause delays or lost packages.
6. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will email you with confirmation and the outcome.
- Processing Time: Refunds are processed within 7 business days from receiving your return.
- Refund Method: Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
- Bank Delays: Your bank or card provider may require an additional 5–7 business days to post the refund. This is outside our control.

Partial Refunds: In certain cases, partial refunds may be applied:
- If items are not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts not due to our error.
- If the return request is made after 30 days.
- If the item is poorly packaged and damaged during return transit, deductions may apply.
7. Exchanges
We are happy to help with exchanges where possible.

- Shipping Costs: For exchanges requested by the customer (e.g., sizing issues), the buyer covers shipping. If the product was defective or incorrect, Saviarosa covers all shipping costs.
8. Items That Arrive Damaged or Defective
Please inspect your delivery upon arrival. If you receive a damaged or defective item, notify us within 24 hours so we can help quickly.

- Attach clear photos or videos showing the damage or defect
Once reviewed, we’ll arrange a replacement, exchange, or full refund—covering all shipping costs.
9. Incorrect Delivery Address
If you entered an incorrect or incomplete address at checkout, please contact us immediately. We’ll try our best to update it before shipping, but changes cannot be guaranteed once processing begins.
Undelivered Orders: If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, refusal, or failure to collect, we will contact you. Please note:
- Return shipping and re-shipping costs may be charged.
- If you request a refund instead of re-shipment, original and return shipping costs will be deducted from the refund.
10. Customs and Import Duties (International Orders)
For orders shipped outside the United States, additional customs fees, import duties, or local taxes may apply depending on your country’s regulations. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and must be paid upon delivery or clearance. Saviarosa cannot control these charges or provide estimates in advance.
